Free Your Mind:
The Work of Byron Katie

“My life would be better if I had more money” or “if my body was healthier” or “if my parents had been more available.” Can you really know it’s true? How would you live differently if you weren’t waiting for something outside of you to change? Using written exercises and group work, learn how four simple questions (The Work) can change your life, transform relationships and bring peace and understanding. Scott McGregor Ph.D. is a trained facilitator of “The Work.”

How Meditation Helps-
Mindfulness in Everyday Life

Meditation is focused awareness. We do it all the time-playing music preparing meals, caring for loved ones. Instead of focusing outwards, in this course, we turn our attention inwards. And just as sleep offers renewed refreshment, meditation allows clear, grounded inspiration. Learn a range of meditation techniques and contemplation practices that encourage health and well-being and help us greet both the challenges and joys in our lives. Beginners and experienced meditators welcome!

Enjoy richer connections with others by speaking from the heart to address feelings and needs, rather than triggering analysis, diagnosis and criticism.
